All the meat of chicken, pork, beef, veal, heifer and more, served in our restaurant, are the result of a rigorous and careful selection in the local and Sicilian market. Furthermore, they are entirely processed and prepared in our kitchen through ancient recipes, procedures and skills, handed down by our old family meat masters with over 70 years of experience.
All takeaway roasts (chicken, rolle ‘, skewers, sausages, legs and much more) can also be served in the dining room with table service!
